1. Tidying Up Garden Beds: Let's give our garden beds some attention by removing any debris, dead leaves, and weeds that might have accumulated over the winter months. A little effort now will go a long way in enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood.
2. Weed & Feed Application: To ensure our lawns remain healthy and lush, its essential to apply weed & feed products. This not only keeps pesky weeds at bay but also promotes the growth of thick, green grass. The Board has been proactive in securing special pricing for Weed & Feed applications with our community landscape company.
Pricing: We are thrilled to offer a special range of pricing for Weed & Feed applications on the front lawn, ranging from $60 to $100. This is a fantastic opportunity to maintain weed-free lawns and vibrant greenery right at our doorstep.

4. Straighten and Paint Mailboxes: Make sure your mailbox is not leaning and add a fresh coat of paint or new numbers if needed.
