Get Ready for Spring Yard Clean Up at Memorial Thicket!

Dear Memorial Thicket Residents,

As the spring season unfolds, it's time to spruce up our yards and prepare them for the vibrant days ahead. The lawns are already showing signs of renewal, with fresh greenery emerging, signaling the arrival of warmer days. With this in mind, we encourage everyone to join in the effort for a beautiful community landscape by participating in our Spring Yard Clean Up.

Here are a few important steps to consider:

1. Tidying Up Garden Beds: Let's give our garden beds some attention by removing any debris, dead leaves, and weeds that might have accumulated over the winter months. A little effort now will go a long way in enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood.

2. Weed & Feed Application: To ensure our lawns remain healthy and lush, its essential to apply weed & feed products. This not only keeps pesky weeds at bay but also promotes the growth of thick, green grass. The Board has been proactive in securing special pricing for Weed & Feed applications with our community landscape company.

 Pricing: We are thrilled to offer a special range of pricing for Weed & Feed applications on the front lawn, ranging from $60 to $100. This is a fantastic opportunity to maintain weed-free lawns and vibrant greenery right at our doorstep.

 Contact Green Scapes: For those interested in availing this great offer, please reach out to Zahira Diaz 832.434.3899 or Rosa Bautista (Owner) 713.202.4136. Zahira or Rosa will be happy to assist you and provide further details regarding scheduling and payment options.

3. Power wash Mold Off Brick, Walkways and Front Facades: Let's not forget about the exterior surfaces of our homes. Power washing mold off brick and walkways can significantly improve the appearance and longevity of these areas. Consider scheduling a power washing session to remove any built-up mold or grime and keep our community looking fresh and clean.

4. Straighten and Paint Mailboxes: Make sure your mailbox is not leaning and add a fresh coat of paint or new numbers if needed.

Let's come together as a community to make Memorial Thicket an even more beautiful place to call home. Your participation in the Spring Yard Clean Up is highly appreciated and contributes to the overall well-being of our neighborhood.

Thank you for your cooperation and enthusiasm. Here is to a splendid spring season ahead!

Warm regards,

Sherry Campbell and Tom Skerl
